We require HSC/ A-level with an IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each element. If you are applying for postgraduate, an IELTS score of at least 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each element is required. If you do not meet the academic English language requirements for your course, you may be eligible to enrol on a pre-sessional English programme. The length of the course will depend on your current level of English and the requirements for your degree programme.
University in Newcastle comprises of two campuses, one in the heart of the city and one just three miles away at Coach Lane.
